2Gary Shoats spent most of his childhood with his
grandparents in Italy. This is the place where he
learned how to cook and differentiate between
flavors. His grandmother is an excellent cook and
seeing her, he developed his love for cooking. He
would spend most of his time helping her and
leaning new things to improve his cooking.
3He has been very passionate about cooking and
trying new and different dishes. After he
completed his graduation at the culinary school
he began his career working and training under
several chefs. He has a different style of
cooking which he adapted from his grandmother who
cooked food using minimum spices to keep the
natural flavors of food.
4He also travels a lot trying different cuisines
and exploring new cooking styles. He spent a lot
of time in Asia and Mexico exploring their food
culture and flavors and was able to learn many
things. He enjoys the flavorful Indian curry,
salmon crisps of Napa Valley, and oodles on the
scrumptious lemon meringue pie.
5Gary Shoats has created many signature dishes
which are loved by many. His menus are
extraordinary with unique dishes that are made by
twisting and turning flavors together. Other than
cooking, he is also very particular about his
health owing to his profession where he needs to
taste and try every food before it is served.
6When he is not working he goes on hiking trips
with his friends to enjoy nature. He is very fond
of the natural habitat and loves spending time
there. It is also a good way to rejuvenate and
de-stress ones mind from the pressure and work
load. He feels that he comes back refreshed and
active and can think and work with a clear mind
and cook yummy food.
