• We include the perimeter edge, wall flashings,
  terminations, equipment curb flashings, seams,
  caulkings, etc.

Document All Deficiencies

• We mark and number deficiencies with spray paint
  or a grease pen
• And we utilize photographs as a backup to marking
  the roof surface

  after each inspection and not waiting until water
