Dr. Greg Frokjer is a respected dental
professional with years of experience backing
him. His experience is supported by his extensive
educational background. He has received his
Doctor of Dental Surgery from University of Iowa.
His honors included Most Outstanding Graduate in
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Collegiate
Committee on Pharmacy and Therapeutics, Captain
All-University Championship Volleyball Team.

His post doctoral training included General
Practice Residency from the University of Iowa
Hospitals and Clinics. He completed his
internship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from
Carle Foundation Hospitals and Clinic. He was
Senior Resident Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at
Carle Foundation Hospitals and Clinic in 1986 and
then was Chief Resident in the year 1987.

A certified professional, Dr. Greg Frokjer has
several board certifications such as National
Board of Dental Examiners Part I, II Central
Regional Board of Dental Examiners Board
Eligible Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and
Fellow-American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. In
his career, he has held several important staff
appointments at leading hospitals such as Carle
Foundation Hospital, Mercy Hospital, Carle
Clinic, Christie Clinic, Cleft Palate Clinic and
others.

Dr. Greg Frokjer has contributed towards several
useful publications such as TMJ Arthroplasty An
Outpatient Procedure, Soft Tissue Mass of
Posterior Pharyngeal Wall, A Simplified Technique
of Rigid Fixation Following Sagittal Split
Osteotomy and Postanesthetic TMJ Dysfunction. He
has a long list of personal interests and
hobbies. He is a commercial pilot and is an
experienced open water ocean free diver.
