With close to a decade of experience in business
analysis, Alpha Mshihiri has built a stable
career with a very strong track record of helping
organizations reach their true potential. After
completing his education, he began his career
working as a reporting analyst for Fingerhut.
While working here, he contributed significantly
to the success of the call center by preparing
manual reports, developing an automated
application for data query, and executing
marketing campaigns.

Next he went to work at Compendium as a
business/reporting analyst. Here, he helped
developed key tools for clients to analyze their
business processes and also to evaluate their
employees. His personal skills including his
ability to talk freely, and his approachability
allowed him to develop stable client
relationships.

Alpha Mshihiri also worked for Wells Fargo
Mortgage as a senior business process analyst.
He helped redesign and implement business process
solutions that shortened the timeframe for a new
product development cycle, reduced wastage, and
increased customer service as well as revenue
generation. He was part of a team that created a
powerful business system that generated over a
billion dollars a month. He helped to speed up
the process of loan disbursement by changing the
loan turnaround time from 60 days to 30 days. He
worked in conjunction with upper management by
taking their ideas and developing them into
functional business ideas.

Alpha has all the personality traits of a
successful professional. His strong ability to
proactively connect with others has always worked
in his benefit as he is able to effectively
communicate his point to listeners. In addition
to the afore mentioned, Alpha Mshihiri has also
worked for Pristine Finance, Choice Capital
Management, New Breed Mobile, and Hollstadt and
Associates. He graduated from the Metropolitan
State University with a bachelors in science
(MIS). He was a board of director for five years
with Metro State Alumni
