2New Information
- Corporate Time acquired by Oracle
- Program is now named Oracle Calendar
- New server will soon be installed, and all users
will need to reconfigure their computers.
3What do you need to do?
- Uninstall any previous version(s) of Corporate
Time - Install the new Oracle Calendar program from the
Install Software page, if you had an older
version. - Demonstration to follow
4Do I have an old version?

- Its very easy! If the screen says Corporate
Time, then its old. - If the screen says Oracle Calendar then its
the new version!

7How to uninstall older versions
Go to Add/Remove programs (this icon is in the
control panel) Find and remove any programs with
the name Corporate Time When Corporate Time is
removed, click OK to close the Add/Remove
programs window, and then you can close the
control panel.
8How to install the new version
The new version of Corporate Time, now called
Oracle Calendar, is on the Install Software
page. You should have a link for Install
Software on your start menu. If you do not, call
the Helpdesk at 8-4357 for assistance in setting
up that link.
9Log into the new Oracle Calendar
When you run Oracle Calendar you can log in with
simply your e-mail ID. There is no longer a need
to type in your whole name. The first time the
program runs, it will prompt you to create an
offline agenda. Simply click yes when asked about
this.
10All done!
- At this point you are ready to use Oracle
Calendar.
