Title: TAPER THEORY
1TAPER THEORY
A theory on continental formation by, T.F.
OSullivan
2- For this theory on continental formation the
earth starts out as a fiery ball. No solid land
can be formed at this point, contrary to current
theories, because its molten surface is
constantly in motion. Any cooled portions will be
swept to the equator. The earth is also a much
larger planet because it is very hot. And,
because of its enhanced size, the speed of
rotation is much greater, as well.
3A large molten ball turning on its axis in
space. What is it that makes the earth turn? Is
it the gravity of the Sun? The centrifugal force
of the turning earth? Both? I dont know, but I
know it turns.
4- Due to centrifugal force generated by the
rotation of the earth, the fluid rock flows down
from the northern hemisphere, and up from the
southern hemisphere, to the equator.
5Tap water flows down the drain Counter-clockwise
in the Northern hemisphere.
Clockwise in the Southern hemisphere. All due
to the rotation of the earth, centrifugal force,
and gravity.
6- Looking closer, as Newton predicted, the
curvature of the earth has developed a bulge at
the equator. Recent scientific surveys by
satellite have measured the earth and have proven
this to be correct.
7Gravity draws down on the band at the equator
while the out wash, meeting with the resistance
created by centrifugal force, creates a humongous
riptide, building many enormous ridges to the
north and south of the equatorial band.
8- Because the band around the equator is
constantly being fed new molten rock, due to
centrifugal force, it cools much slower than the
surfaces to the north and south of it. Point of
fact the plates that compose the base beneath
the oceans of the world, upon which the
continents sit, are composed of Basalt which is a
rock formed from quick cooling whereas the
continents are formed of Granite, which is a rock
formed by slow cooling. Basalt is very dense and
hard while Granite is quite porous and light.
9If you are familiar with the way, Ice, is formed
you will know that it has to start at the land
and move outwards over the water. It doesnt
start in the middle of the water and work its
way towards land. The same thing happens with a
molten planet. The band, even though it is as
hot as the surfaces to the north and south, will
begin to accumulate cooled debris at its edges
which will eventually spread out over the
surfaces of the large confluences to the north
and south. These two edges are the only places
where the motion of the liquid rock becomes
staticwhere it will encounter a slack tide
between the three moving surfaces The northern
flow-down, the band itself, and the southern-flow
down.
10A slow cooling band at the equator ridges
forming along its northern and southern
boundaries. Slowly a hard surface pushes out,
over the surfaces to the north and south, like
ice. Its leading edge providing a landing point
for drifting, cooled, rock to attach itself.
11- The surfaces north and south of the band are
eventually covered with solid rock. Now there is
a large discrepancy between the temperatures
between the lower lands of the plates, and the
higher hot elevations of the equatorial band.
This difference in temperature allows for
condensation to form in the atmosphererain
begins to fall. Finally a crust begins to seal
over the band. It will cool much slower than the
plates because of its elevationthe rains will
run off to accumulate over the surfaces north and
south of it.
12- Over time the moving magma beneath this crust
of the equator pools at an internally elevated
spot beneath the band and starts to push out on
the band producing a bulge. This bulge grows, in
fits, over many millions of years, drawing up
the land to the east and west of itself, forming
two large tapers. A portion of this equatorial
band, opposite the bulge, is not drawn up with
the tapers, and will be left behind.
13The bulge pulls the band into two tapers, east
and west of itself, leaving a portion of the band
behind.
14- Looking within the earth, nowadays, we find
that the central, iron core, is teardrop shaped.
The sharp end of the teardrop is pointed towards
the North Pole.
The iron core of the Moon is, likewise, teardrop
shaped, only its sharp end is pointed towards
the earths waist.
In theory, the two sharp ends of the cores were
originally, joined the natal core of the Moon
being the fist which pushed out the bulge.
15- Eventually the land mass of Equatoria
Major,(the integral equatorial band), is severed
entirely from the land mass opposite the bulge.
Now the bulge resides in, Equatoria Minor, while
the small portion it has detached and left behind
has become its own entity Proto-Antarctica. - Plant and animal life has already been
evolving on the planet for many millions of years.
16Not that long ago all lands lay in the tropics
and the oceans were hugeno ice at the poles!
17- Now, time passes until we get down to a really
big event happening at the end of the, Cretaceous
period, which marks the beginning of the Tertiary
period (The K/T boundaryabout a million years
ago.) and spells the end of around 70 of life on
earth. The separation of the bulge the birth of
the Moon.
18The Moon is born, but many perish with its birth.
19- With the expulsion of the Moon, the cavity
left behind collapses, sending an enormous shock
wave through the earth, heading in the opposite
direction, causing havoc for those that live upon
its surface. Oceans pour into the cavity and
the screams, as violent jets of steam vent
themselves, drown out the anguished cries of the
worlds prehistoric inhabitants. The earth turns
milky white its surface hidden completely
beneath a vale of thick cloud.
20Scientists have been trying to figure out why, if
the Moon came from the earth then, how did it
manage to get out so far from it. Also, why are
the heavier metals, found beneath the surface of
the earths crust so prevalent on the surface of
the Moon.
And, how did it come about that the plates that
make up the surface of the Moon, became fractured
and then re-fused. The answers lie in a larger
earth circumference for speed of ejection, and a
planet that finally shrinks. While a large
portion of the moons surface would obviously
consist of materials found beneath the surface of
its mother planet.
21- Furthermore, the moon does not orbit the earth
at the equator. Its possible that when the earth
shrunk that it deflated downward, with the
equator dropping several latitudes in height. If
we were to expand the earth so that the equator
and the moon were on the same latitude would we
then have the accurate size of the original earth?
22- Back on earth, scientists have been puzzling
over why there is so much new rock over top of
old rock in Antarctica. Here may be the reason.
As the shock wave reaches the opposite extremity
of the earth it throws up lava atop
Proto-Antarctica. This imbalance of weight causes
the planet to begin a slow rotation of its
entirety. The area where the Moon has exited from
starts to climb up the 90 to where the exit
location will reside over the northern axis
point.
23- Proto-Antarctica rotates downward to where it
will hide, up until the late 19th century when it
will finally be discovered by a British explorer
and be dubbed Antarctica a huge, barren, ice
covered waste land extending over the region of
the South Pole.
24The shock wave, produced from the blasting away
of the Moon, rushes towards Proto-Antarctica,
deluging it with new molten rock. Eventually
this molten rock will, for the most part, wash
away, pin-wheeling Proto-Antarctica on its axis.
25In addition, this covering of ice at the poles
represents the coming of the Ice Age. Some
scientists have argued against an Ice age,
pointing out that ice cannot travel up hill.
(See www.science-frontiers.com). In Taper Theory
the ice does not move across the land but rather,
the land shrinks and slides beneath the ice. In
this manner ice can travel up hill because the
ice remains stationary while the land travels
down, underneath it. Previous, small, glaciations
noted by scientist came about as a result of the
growing spurts of the bulge which vented hot
gases into the atmosphere causing great clouds
and snow fall upon the bulge which, indeed, did
slide down over the land around it, but not to
the extent of the Great Ice Age that followed the
Cretaceous period.
26Further, once the continents had swung into a
north/south alignment and the ice caps formed,
the size of the ice caps were consistent with the
ratios of water evaporated from opened rents in
the crust of the earth. When we look at how far
down the ice flowed from the north, and how far
up it traveled from the south, we see that the
distance of travel corresponds with the shrinkage
attained. The land in the southern hemisphere did
not shrink very much beneath the ice so its
extent was only proportional to available
moisturea smaller ice cap. The land in the
northern hemisphere did shrink substantially, and
the ice cap was much larger due to the horrendous
amount of moisture pushed up into the atmosphere.
Being much larger, the distance that the northern
cap has been logged to have progressed downward
is indicative of its immense size. This distance
downward also reflects the amount of shrinkage of
the earths circumference due to the caps
tremendous weight.
27Once the continuity of the circumference of the
earth had altered even in the south, by a small
margin, then the suns rays would have had access
to these frozen regions melting of the ice
sheets would have commenced. Even so, there are
still remnants of this glacial ice. Currently,
scientists have been pondering why the world
seems to be expanding. Perhaps the reason is
that, with global warming, the remaining ice is
melting away, and the earth is slowly reversing
its original shrink. Will the earth expand back
to its original size? I dont know. But if
thats the scenario then volcanic activity will
be on the increase and, somewhere down the line,
another ice age may be in the offing. Only, this
time, it will probably take much longer to form,
which will mean a much longer ice age before the
earth has shrunk back to a sustainable size.
28With the heavier, pin-wheeling Proto-Antarctica,
off-setting the earths balance, now that a large
weight loss has occurred at the opposite
extremity, the earth does a slow roll, the tapers
shifting to a North/South axis, while
Proto-Antarctica heads for the Southern axis
point. The tapers are struck, while rotating
upwards, by the returning shockwave that has
turned on its original course and latitude,
cracking both of the tapers.
29- The returning tail, from the Moon, punches a
hole in one of the tapers, driving a corner
beneath the top edge of the apposing taper. Now
on a North/South axis, centrifugal force again
comes into play, pulling the two tapers down and,
in doing so, tearing them both apart. Because the
earth is still in an expanded state, and beneath
the tapers it is still molten rock, the
continents are able to slide about. Later, when
the earth shrinks and the sea floors buckle, this
movement will no longer be possible. - Evidence of this buckling, on the land, can
be seen in areas where there are large sheets of
older strata over younger strata. Sheets of 50
square miles in size have been recorded.
30This impact will form Hudsons Bay, and will
weaken the eastern upper corner of what will
become North America, which will, at a future
date be torn free, levering the Americas into the
eastern tip of Eurasia.
31- Apparently oil has been found at depths
greater than where it should, in theory, be
found. If we consider that flora and fauna have
been proliferating on earth while, at the same
time, the sea beds were still in an unruffled
state then, perhaps when the continents slid over
them, they slid on a greased surface, trapping
this animal and vegetable debris beneath
themselves. Debris which eventually became oil.
32One tapers upper edge beneath the other. A hole
where the molten tail from the Moon has returned
to push the taper downward, and the fractures of
the tapers by the returning shockwave.
33- The tapers begin to pull apart as they slide down
the vertical axis. Eventually the Americas, to
the left, will pivot on Greenland, and be driven
into the eastern tip of Eurasia. The impact will
cause South America to drop down, pushed by
boiling jets of steam, while Africa will head,
fuming, to the WestAustralia, chuffing to the
East, nosing New Zealand along in front of
itSpain, still attached to Europe, will swing
out westward, opening up the Mediterranean
basinsounds too incredible to be true?! However,
the science is probably there. It doesnt matter
the magnitude of the event, only the ratios, and
the right conditions. After that its all just
cause and effect.
34Now that there is land in the polar regions ice
begins to form. The earth is still enveloped in a
heavy shroud of cloud and sunlight is far removed
from these regions because of the still expanded
state of the world. It is because of these
conditions that the world begins to shrink. As
the snows fall and are compacted and the ice
thickens to many miles in depth, the pressure on
the globe is immense. The ocean floors begin to
fold inwards in a stripe-like pattern,
circumventing the large masses of land.
There is still some movement of the continents as
their weight is enormous and have caused cracks,
or fault lines to appear. There is earthquake
activity because of the stresses being played
against one another around the globe as it moves
in towards the sun, and its gravitational pull,
during the summer, and moves away from its pull
during the winter. However, in this theory of
continental formation, the continents are in
their final resting places and shall never move
out of them again.

The final, and permanent, positioning of the
continents as per the Taper Theory
36- Well, thats the theory. And, its only a
theory, until all the facts are in and it can be
proven otherwise. In case you were unaware of it,
there are still many scientists who do not
believe in Continental Drift theory. For

37The fabled island ATLANTIS
38Being as Im an amateur scientist, I can afford
to speculate. Im not on a university or
corporate payroll so I can go a little further
outside of the box. I dont recall the source
of this information but I do recall reading
somewhere that the lost island of Atlantis was,
shaped like a snake. There was a great pyramid
in the middle of the land. In the end of that
civilization, the pyramid disappeared, swallowed
by the sea. The land shook and fissures opened up
and the people fell into them.
39This is, apparently, what Atlantis looked like.
The diamond shape of the land is an ancient
symbol for a snake the shape in the middle is a
representation of the great pyramid.
Does this shape look familiar to you? Consider
the Taper Theory two tapers with the bulge in
the middle.
40But, there were people living in Atlantis, right.
Back at the time of the dinosaurs? I was looking
for a picture of a dinosaur on the Internet to
insert in this bit of fantasy and what did I
find? An article about fossilized foot prints of
both man and dinosaur, somewhere in Montana,
U.S.A. The first picture on the page was a
cartoon which I snatched up and installed on the
next slide. But, consider this Carbon dating has
now been found to be inaccurate at deriving the
age of an object. The inspection of fossilized
trees has been discovered to seem much more
accurate a method of determining age. Perhaps
this method cant tell the whole story. However,
it could be possible that man was around while
the moon was still a part of the earth.
41(No Transcript)
42Petrified trees are proving to be more accurate
at dating the objects found buried around them.
There may still be an earlier date for mankind
out there buried with the cretaceous forests.
43I know that the moon was in pictures drawn and
carved by many ancient cultures but, I wonder
now, if there are any pictures of the moon in the
very oldest pictures. Was there a time when there
was no moon to draw though there were artists
available to draw it, had there been one. And
why did cultures in both the West and in the East
build pyramids? Is it possible that they were
just imitating something ingrained in their race
memories from another ancient time, that they
were both witness to?
44There were pyramids in Egypt, South America,
North America and Cambodia. Were our ancestors
all Atlantians at one time? Was Atlantis, if
fact, Equitoria minor?
45November 15th, 2003New information source
SIS_at_knowledge.co.uk article No Moon.
1543 2002-10-10 Before the Flood, There Was No
Moon Was the Moon a part of the Earth? It
should be emphasized that there are many people
who perceive this only as a hypothesis. A
computer analysis is not convincing to everyone.
It is surprising, but the Moon-s past recreated
by computer coincides with a lot of facts that
were written in ancient sources. It stands to
reason that coincidences are rarely incidental.
46As it turns out, a lot of myths, legends, and
tales say that there used to be no Moon in the
sky. The Moon appeared after the Great Flood.
This was noticed by the people who lived in the
south of Greece, as well as by African tribes and
others. However, there were a lot of ebb and flow
traces found in many ancient cities. As is well
known, it's is the Moon that causes ebbs and
flows. This does not coincide with the no-Moon
theory before the Flood. However, if there was no
Moon, then maybe there was another celestial body
to fulfill its functions? Other sources say that
there used to be two or even several moons
shining in the sky. It is not ruled out that
those other Earth satellites were ?in charge of
ebbs and flows.
47The article goes on with speculations of other
heavenly bodies that may have provided the ebb
and flow of the tides. My own speculation is that
the Sun alone could have been responsible for a
certain amount of ebb and flow. Perhaps even the
bulge could have exerted some force upon the
seas. To read the whole article click on no
moon. Thats it for taper theory for the time
being. Ill keep my eye out for more connections.

48New thought On pyramid building. Tuesday, Dec
9th, 03.
Is it possible that the great pyramids of the
world were built a much longer time ago than
originally surmised? Think of the tremendous
weight of those blocks of stone. How could the
builders have accomplished the building with such
primitive methods of construction? Did they use
techniques that have been forgotten? Or, at the
time of building was the gravity of the earth
much less. If they were built when the earth was
at itstheoreticallylarger size then would not
the gravity have been less and so the blocks much
easier to move about? When reading the ancient
accounts on the lengths of the reigns of pharaohs
and the times spent in the building of the
pyramids, instead of thinking them exaggerations
might it be possible that these accounts are
actually quite accurate. That their world was
markedly different than ours?
49Just throwing ideas out here. Doesnt mean
theyll connect.
I recall reading somewhere how a tribe living on
one side of a mountain will give the mountain a
name. At the same time a tribe living on the
other side of the mountain, having no knowledge
of their neighbors, will have another name for
the same mountain. This has happened in the past
and there are records of it.
Did Atlantians living in the western taper call
their pyramid, Alpha, while Atlantians in the
eastern taper call their pyramid, Omega?
Did the two cultures-east and west-finally meet,
crossing the land bridges around the bulge and
finally putting the two names together
Alpha-Omega? Was the fire in the middle the
sun the great eye of God, rising and setting on
this enormoussacred mountain, floating in the
clouds?
50Is it proper for real scientists to play at
this type of wild speculation?
Dr. Richard Feynman said something to the effect
that you pursue an avenue of investigation, all
the while at the back of your mind thinking, you
could be going in the wrong direction.
Or, to paraphrase, Dr. Peter Medewar, Science is
one part imagination and one part critical
analysis. Only time will tell.
