contract for many years. - KYTC paid out 772 million in KYTC inspected
construction contracts, spent 44 million for
KYTC inspectors for yearly average of 5.7
Engineering charges.

Adjustment factors being reviewed. Currently
40 for Density, 10 for AC, 25 VMA, 25 for AV.

Drilled Shafts in deep water over Lake Cumberland
used Crosshole -Sonic Logging (CSL) for
nondestructive integrity testing. 150 foot casing
above bottom of lake to top of casing. Verticallit
y checked with Sonar Caliphering.

Re-evaluating use of AAA Concrete on bridge
decks. Cracking found is worth the effort?

existing 10 year old DOS base KYCEMPII/CPES
Construction Management software.
