cautioning works
Offender under influence or alcohol involved at
time of offence. Over 18 and not dependent on
alcohol. Offence is not domestic, hate or drink
drive crime related

3. Alcohol Referral CPS agree case passes
evidential sufficiency test. Offender to attend
two intervention sessions to address problem
drinking. Failure to complete two sessions will
result with offender being charged with original
offence.
