10Change Order
- Gym walls are constructed of concrete block,
insulated and needing to be regularly sealed. In
order to bring the price of construction down for
bidding purposes a product called Dry-Block was
removed from the project. This product creates a
water tight block, increases the weight of the
block and increases the cost of installation. - The cost of this change from Regular Block to
Dry-Block was a 12,000.00 price increase. This
allows us the advantage of NOT having to
regularly seal the building at a cost of
6,000.00-7,000.00 (14,817 square feet X 0.49)
every three to five years and insures a water
tight building.
11Bleachers
Bleachers have been ordered. A total of 400
seats, 200 each side of the gym 48,180.00 total
cost including motor operation, 2 score tables
and railings.
12Gymnasium Lockers
Lockers will be ordered next week. The two types
we are obtaining are the Junior Varsity and the
Intramural types. Cost of the lockers without
installation is 49,774.00. Our department will
construct bases and install the lockers
