Review (OQR) in early 2007 - Safety of Life service provision planned to

11EGNOS system handover
- Full handover of the EGNOS system did not take
place at ORR - A subset of the EGNOS system was provided to
EGNOS industry - 1 CPF, 1 CCF, 3 RIMS (Paris, Toulouse,
Lappeenranta), 2 NLES - EGNOS industry retained IOR-W (PRN 126)
- ESTB was continued using AOR-E (PRN 120)
- EGNOS was broadcasting on ARTEMIS (PRN 124) only
- 1 NLES only due to technical problem with other
NLES - Remaining subset of RIMS
- 3 CPFs with numerous stability problems

long periods of inactivity
