  note the locations of the Emergency Assistance
  Phone (blue light). Always keep a lookout for any
  suspicious activities
• Cash Carry sufficient but not excessive.
• Avoid walking alone at night - walk with someone,
  take University shuttle bus, or call Public
  Safety for escort - if you must walk alone please
  make sure to take well lighted paths/sidewalks
  and the most direct safe route.
• Keep abreast of campus and local crime news.
  Learn from reliable sources.
