Apple Pecan Bread
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbs. Milk
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped apples
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  • Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan
  • Cream butter and sugar.
  • Beat in eggs, milk, vanilla.
  • Add dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
  • Fold in apples and nuts.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake for one hour.
  • Remove , let it cool, and wrap.
