Civilian Job?
- The Department of the Army (DA) or any Federal
Employer - is a world-class employer
- hiring world-wide
- so they cant do face-to-face screening
interviews. - DA conducts its screening interviews
electronically using an Internet-based
application process (Vacancy Announcements,
Army Résumé Builder and ANSWER) at its web site,
Civilian Personnel On Line CPOL . ARMY . MIL - They only know what you write so
be mindful of what your write. - The notional interview questions are
translated out of each Vacancy Announcements - Duty Description

For the last 6 years I correctly guarded gates.
For example while in the Army on gate-guard duty
10 of my time I inspected passes and
identification cards, directed traffic, called
for back-up when people tried to get on the base
illegally and directed visitors to the security
office. Passed all of my inspections and met the
standards.
