the Club is sacrificed Temporary reclamation
works to take place along the Eastern seawall of
the Club Proposed relocation of travel hoist
under discussions

(continued) Proposed relocation of day
pontoons under discussions Launching area for
class boats will be affected Construction work
in CBTS takes place in phases
4CENTRAL-WAN CHAI BYPASS (CWB) Impact to RHKYC
(continued) Significant disturbance in CBTS is

Offsite reprovisioning of Private Mooring Area
Private Mooring Area
Anchorage Area
RHKYC Mooring
Business operators Ex-Cargo Handling Area
This is the least disruptive option to the CBTS
users. As far as the mooring licensee using the
CBTS Private Mooring Area as their base for
business operation, after consultation with the
operators, Government recommended them to
temporarily relocate at the Ex-Wan Chai Public
Cargo Working Area during normal operation. When
there is a typhoon, they would need to find their
own shelter spaces at other typhoon shelters by
themselves.

Reprovisioning of the Private Mooring Area (PMA)
(continued) RHKYC keeps our moorings at CBTS
during construction RHKYC vessels located within
the works area to be temporarily accommodated in
the vacated PMA
8SHATIN-CENTRAL LINK (SCL) Established
communications with MTR Highways Department
RHKYC will share our concerns at MTRs public
consultation exercise Discussions revolve around
the practicality of combining temporary
reclamation works for WCB and SCL to minimize
factors of time and cost
