- While still in high school take advantage of what
your school may offer. Talk to a counselor and
see if your school is an AYES (Automotive Youth
Educational Systems) site or if Skills USA is
offered.

- AYES is a partnership designed to help
high-school students gain hands on experience,
explore, and prepare for entry level positions
in the automotive technology fields. Its an
innovative approach to learning while in
high-school.
- AYES partners with participating automotive
manufacturers, dealers, and selected high
schools/tech prep schools across the country.

Organization (CTSO), is offered in high-schools
technical colleges across the nation. It is
designed to introduce and prepare students

high-quality job throughout the automotive
