POSTER COMPETITION We look forward to receivin
g your entries for the competition by Friday 5th
June. The winning designs will be on display aro
und the two schools and will also be used for the
front cover of the programmes. The winners will
also receive 5 in book tokens.
LIVE PERFORMERS We have a great line up of perfor
mers on the day which we would love you to sit,
relax and enjoy. So please bring along rugs,
blankets, cushions and chairs and chill!!
HELPERS As you can imagine these events dont run
themselves and the more volunteers the easier
and more fun it is for everyone. If you can help,
even for a short time, then please see overleaf
for your class contact or call Sam on 850251 or
Barbara on 764342. If you can help to set up or
clear away please fill in the slip overleaf.

SMALL CHANGE As most of the attractions are under
50p each it would be really appreciated if you
could bring lots of small change.

PLEASE NOTE There will be NO access for any
vehicles within the school grounds, can we
suggest using Morrisons car park for your
convenience. Many thanks

• In return for the children not wearing their
  school uniform this day we would welcome
  donations for some of the Summer Fayre stalls.
  We would love to receive items along the
  following lines (more details to follow)
• Good Condition small toys Baking Good
  condition soft toys Adult Tombola prizes
  
• (new or nearly new -for children or adults)
• Wine (please note this must only be donated
  by an adult via the school office, please do not
  send into school via your child. Thanks)

If you can spare some time on this day from 9am
to help sort out these donations please meet
outside the School Office. Thank you.
Please do make a note of this day in your diary
as many of the children do get upset if they com
e to school in uniform by mistake on this day.

CAKE / BUNS / COOKIES The cake stall is always ve
ry popular and we would love to receive donati
ons of cakes, buns, cookies or scones to sell on
the day. We are happy to receive donations of pr
e-packaged items on non uniform day. Otherwise
please bring your donations to the school on
Friday 19th June, or even better, please bring
along on the day and drop off at the stall.

specials! Please label any containers with your c
hilds name and class so that we can be sure that

HOME PRODUCE Homemade whole cakes, jams, marmalad
e, chutneys, fudge, pickles etc...
RAFFLE TICKETS You will shortly receive some book
s of raffle tickets which will give you the
opportunity to win some great prizes so get
selling to your family and friends they just
might be lucky!! If you need more books then
please ask at the School Office.
Please could all ticket stubs, money and any
unsold tickets be returned to the Infant School
office or the Junior School PTA box by Friday
19th June. Thank you. If you would like to donat
e a prize for the raffle then please contact
Annabel King via the Infant Office.
Summer Fayre Food we need your help
We need donations of salads to accompany the BBQ
i.e. coleslaw, Greek salad and Couscous (we can
provide recipes). Also we would welcome
donations of tinned hotdogs. Thanks to your gener
osity the bonfire night food was fantastic and
made loads of money for the school please help
us make Summer Fayre food equally successful!
