4 HPs Diversity Strategy
Weve repositioned diversity as a key driver for
business success. We are creating a workforce
that is really diverse in terms of race, gender,
thinking style, sexual orientation and so on, a
workplace that is inclusive and a strategy that
drives business success and connects everyone in
the community.

Diversity really speaks to the differences we
all bring to the company. And inclusion speaks
to the environment we are tying to create that
will allow all of that diversity to be
productive. Emily

7 HPs Diversity Strategy
Diversity and tolerance are business imperatives
in all business climates--and they take on even
increased importance at times like these. We
need the creative talents, the enthusiastic
commitment, the ideas and contributions of each
HP employee, regardless of race, nationality,
religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical
abilities or age to feel empowered and encouraged
to contribute to his or her fullest.

HP employee, regardless of race, nationality,
religion, gender, sexual orientation, physical
abilities or age to feel empowered and encouraged

from our diversity that we draw strength as an HP
team. Creative solutions and positive change
require diversity of ideas and collaboration.
When everyone thinks and acts the same, less
creativity occurs. When creative people
collaborate together, real positive change is
possible. Creative collaboration drives
invention. Invention drives profitability and
business success.
