What are Web 2.0 tools?
  • Definition Web 2.0 tools enable multiple users
    to share data, connect and interact online.

    overwhelming, temptation to run and hide.

Is this all just hype or is there something
substantial here?
  • Blog fatigue? Just a fad?
  • Web 2.0 offers great potential for empowering our
    students, making them content creators, authors,
    online publishers. It can offer educators a
    meaningful way of connecting with our students.

Where to begin?
  • Strategies for introducing Web 2.0 in your
    classroom
  • Start small dont be too ambitious
  • Choose one technology that you find interesting
    and that you think might be workable for you.
  • Dont wait until you feel like an expert, just do
    it!
