• Today we look at how in a similar way the
  Holy Spirit provides power
• power to live victorious Christian lives

• Romans 85-9 (NIV) Those who live according to
  the sinful nature have their minds set on what
  that nature desires but those who live in
  accordance with the Spirit have their minds set
  on what the Spirit desires. 6 The mind of
  sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by
  the Spirit is life and peace

• Know that when a person comes to Christ, the old
  sinful nature is dead and buried
• But the old life keeps asserting itself into the
  Christians experience
• Therefore, believers must continue to put the old
  life or old nature to death
• This can only be done by allowing the power of
  the Holy Spirit to be at work in our lives
• Tell Him today, tell Him every day to be in
  charge, to rule in your life
