The year is 2014 The US economy is booming.
We are leading the world in developing business
models that are environmentally sound. The last
10 years have seen an explosion in innovative
technologies, new companies, and business
innovations from renewable energy to
fully-recyclable cars to biodegradable
plasticsenergy consumption is down, recycling is
up, air and water quality are among the cleanest
in the world. Business and government work in
partnership and the headaches and expense of
compliance reporting and litigation are a distant
memory. EPAs Performance Track program was
instrumental in bringing us to where we are
today.This transformation can all be traced to
a conference in April of 2004 in Baltimore...
