Description of Phasing

• 2007 - Off-peak closures on I-64 and I-170, I-170
  reduced from three lanes to two at I-64.
• 2008 I-64 closed from Ballas to Brentwood
  two-lane ramps from I-170 to and from I-64 to the
  east.
• 2009 - I-64 completed and open west of I-170
  including the new ramps to I-170, I-64 closed
  from Hanley to Kingshighway.
• Dec 31, 2009 I-64 and I-170 all lanes are open
  and complete
• Final work and landscaping complete July 31, 2010.

Roadway Improvements to Improve Traffic on County
Arterial Roadways

• Improvements on Various Alternate City/County
  Routes to I-64.
• Improve Clayton Road as a Major Route in Phase 2
  and 3.
• Town and Country Re-stripe Clayton Road to
  3-lanes. Add traffic signal at Bopp. Actuate
  signal at Ballas. Run signal at Geyer full time.
• Ladue Actuate signal at Warson. Add signal at
  Price. Add signal coordination.
• Ladue/Richmond Hts. Install signal at Lay Road.
  Install signal at McCutcheon and limit turns.
