    of education aims to provide all students with a
    balanced and well rounded education to develop
    them to their fullest potential, and nurture them
    into responsible citizens, conscious of their
    responsibility to self, family society and
    country.

    equation in plans for development that for true

    a way that is in harmony with nature, so that
    such development may be sustained over the long
