• A lot of garbage near the bridge
• Observed ducks in the water but not on the land
  (water may be healthy enough for the ducks)
• Observed salt truck - connects with salt on
  bridge
• The trash was recreational which connects with
  people

• A cleaner area

• Tires and car parts
• Oil (but it could have been there because it is
  not observable)

• The trash was not directly related to
  transportation
• Some people dont care because they throw their
  trash over the bridge

  back?
• Unobservable data - pH, dissolved oxygen,
  temperature of water, water flow, exhaust,
  presence of oil
• How has this investigation affected your
  perception of the area or activities around the
  river?
• Used as a recreation site
• Transportation does not have a lot of impact on
  the Genesee River
