The main characters are Mandy,James,Jess,Charley,
Dr.Emily,and Dr.Adam.

This story is about a thirteen year old girl ,
named Mandy, who loves all animals and hopes to
become a veterinarian someday.

Dr. Emily is asked to check out the animals
being used on a movie set, at Bleakfell Hall, and
Mandy is able to go with her because she is on
Spring Break.

Charley, the star dog, and Mandy bond instantly
and the director asks Mandy to stay and help .

All was going well,
until one stormy night. Charley got frightened
off and they couldnt find her.

They finally found Charley but she was caught
in a snare, so they ran home to get Dr. Adams
help.

Charley was going to be okay! Once back to
Bleakfell Hall, Jess, Mandys dog, hid in the
pantry. To everyones surprise, Jess gave birth
to four puppies!!
