You are to report to the loading dock area in
front of Doors 8 and 9 on theCox Street
Parking Lot side of Rupp Arena at 130
Please have on your graduation attire Gown, Hat

There will be 4 columns forming in the Parking
area outside doors 8 9

You are to stand with your college in the
appropriate column. A College Banner will be
present.

At 150 you will be led into Rupp Arena through
Door 8 or 9

You will then go into the Concourse and onto the
arena floor to be seated as on this chart

What about my family friends?

If all are healthy, parking in Cox Street or High
Street lots and walking to Rupp is very easy. If
walking is a concern, drop off points are
available.

If they enter from the convention center, there
will be signs directing them up the escalators to
the Rupp entrance.

What if it is raining?

You still report to the loading dock - Cox Street
Parking Lot. From there youll be directed to
the appropriate concourse.

Key Things to Remember

• TURN OFF CELL PHONES During the Ceremony

• Establish your meeting place with parents
  friends BEFORE the ceremony

• Have FUN but be respectful as other names deserve
  to be heard
• Remember to arrive early more than 20 UK
  activities occurring in the Lexington Center
  Traffic will be heavy in the downtown
