• Working Trip
• Read the preparatory materials, and be
  up-to-speed upon arrival in Jacksonville
• Remember the goal is to learn what Jacksonville
  has done to achieve such great success, find what
  makes sense for our community, and put it into
  practice.
• Wrap-Up takes place in Jacksonville, stay focused
  throughout the trip.
• No binders this year
• Replaced with a booklet
• Includes all the same information Speakers and
  Bios, Attendee Roster, and complete agenda

• Charter flight departs at 1245 pm
• Two luggage tags will be distributed at the FBO
• Please arrive no later than 1215 a.m.
• YOU WILL NEED TO GO THROUGH A SECURITY CHECK AT
  THE FBO
• Golf bags will be delivered to TPC and stored
  there until Monday afternoon
• Dress is Casual
• Highs of 86 in late September
• Jacket is not required at any venue/meeting site
