• Coordinates actions to control the immediate

• Functions as advisor to the On-Scene Commander

• Evaluating training and exercising requirements
• Fielded train-the-trainer multimedia training for
  first responders (IAW SBCCOM DPP training)
• Sending first responders to local 120 City
  Training
• Will evaluate Domestic Preparedness Program
  (DPP), J-34, and SBCCOM training for utility in
  AF WMD Preparedness Program
