accident investigation teams - Issues chem-bio pretreatment drugs, prophylaxis
and antidotes - Conducts patient decontamination at medical
treatment facility - Coordinates mutual assistance

- Serves as the On-Scene Commanders post
incident manager at the incident site - Establishes DCG assembly
- Maintains log of all on-scene actions and
communications - Advise response elements with information on
hazard prediction, evacuation, and cordon size

- Conducts pre-incident threat assessments updates
them based on latest information - Reports timely criminal and threat information
- Functions as advisor to the On-Scene Commander
and emergency ops center staff - Assesses terrorist intentions for potential
further action - Coordinates with civilian law enforcement
agencies for follow-on elements

- Fielded train-the-trainer multimedia training for
first responders (IAW SBCCOM DPP training) - Sending first responders to local 120 City
Training - Will evaluate Domestic Preparedness Program
(DPP), J-34, and SBCCOM training for utility in
AF WMD Preparedness Program
