Title: TreeWater Projects
1TreeWater Projects
2Australia Land Reclamation Fund
- The first of two projects in Australia,
- Purchase land for 1 per acre,
- Plant Paulownia forests,
- Use geothermal energy to desalinate water for the
trees and the caretakers, - Harvest large profits in five years.
3Aboriginal Land Reclamation Fund
- As above with a philanthropic twist.
- Partnership with the Aborigines to improve their
economic status and living conditions.
4California Farmland Reclamation Fund
- Millions of acres of land are being fallowed by
brine in Californias fertile San Joaquin Valley. - Save the farmers by using the geothermal heat to
desalinate this water, used to raise Paulownia
trees, lowering the ground water level, and still
reaping high returns.
5Indian Land Reclamation Fund
- Many locations around the U.S. have Indians
living above geothermal heat and briny aquifers
which can be used to create tree farming
operations improving their living conditions and
economic status.
6North American Water Fund
- The northern most fund desalinating in Mexico and
pumping water into the United States for sale to
local water districts. - The fund takes advantage of the Laguna Salada
Project bringing ocean water 70 miles closer to
the U.S. (see next slide).
7Laguna Salada Projects
- The worlds largest development project
- The largest zero carbon emission project using
geothermal energy for power and desalinating
water - TreeWater is proud to be involved at all levels
in this important project, as the next slides
will illustrate
8Cucapah Land Reclamation Fund
- Direct assistance, employment and partnership
with the native Cucapah people to raise Paulownia
trees on their land. - The plan builds homes and provides jobs before
profit sharing with the native workers.
9Cucapah Sustainable Development Fund
- This fund invests only in projects on Cucapah
lands which are sustainable and profit share with
Cucapah workers in the projects.
10Cucapah Forest Resort Fund
- The forest projects on Cucapah land have the
advantage of creating an unusual desert forest
environment which can be sued to create a unique
golfing experience. This resort fund takes
advantage of this situation and partners with the
Cucapah people in that effort.
11Ejido Renewable Energy Fund
- Ejido lands to the west of the lagoon can be used
for large energy projects taking advantage of
geothermal and solar energy. - This fund does just that and will cooperate with
projects in the united States and benefiting the
Ejido members (ejiditarios).
12Laguna Island Golf Resort
- This fund creates an island resort in Laguna
Salada with the focus on golf. - The large island will be a destination resort
with all vacationing needs available from golf to
shipping, to entertainment and other sporting
activities. - Various quality resorts meet the needs of all
vacation planners.
13Laguna Salada Utility Fund
- This fund invests in the locally distributed
utilities of Strident Ltd as an investor in the
individual locations. - Strident owns the right to do the utilities at
Laguna Salada, we help with the funding of those
locations and, of course, share in the profits.
14Laguna Salada Maquita Resort
- The resort is fashioned like a large circle with
shopping at every turn. - Attached to both hotels and resort condominiums
and using the golf facility as a water reuse
center, this is a resort destination at Laguna
Salada.

16Laguna Walk Resort
- The resort is fashioned after the creators
Anaheim Garden Walks original drawings for an
entertainment and shopping mixed use project. - Scaled down here to allow for future expansion as
the lagoon resort area grows, all the original
concepts proved in Anaheim will be here as well. - As above, the golf course is the water reuse
facility for the project, hotels, and
condimuniums. - See the next slide.
