• Measurable Well I can check what my warranty
  sales were at the start and end on the module.
• Achievable Look my mates in the shop can do it
  so I should be able to.
• Realistic its part of the job, its what we
  should all do. Company profits depend on selling
  these warranties.
• Time-bound I need to do this within the next
  four to six weeks or I might get the push.
