Pre-doctoral Scholarships
  • Mini-training grants for schools to build a
    critical mass of talented graduates to supplement
    the existing pipeline of tobacco scholars.
  • Funds are used for student tuition and/or
    stipends, program staffing, and other direct
    costs.

Curricular Innovation Grants
  • Supports interdisciplinary approaches to tobacco
    research, education, service, policy, and
    practice in which tobacco studies are
    successfully integrated into core graduate public
    health education and through which graduates may
    demonstrate competence in tobacco-related areas
    (in class, web-based, and some with practice
    components).
