• How do I Access Messages?
• Available Shipments Screen

• Who can Send a Message thru TRANSCOM?
• Only TCC and the Shipper/Designated User can send
  messages to the Truck.
• All users can see all messages relating to a
  shipment they have been authorized to view
• All users can send messages to TCC and all other
  General Users.

• All messages within the TRANSCOM system become a
  permanent part of the shipment record
• Messages must be concise and to the point
• Messages must be in reference to shipment
  activity or shipment information
• TRANSCOM is not an e-mail system.
