How to Order?
  • How do I place my Furniture Orders?
  • Purchase Requisitions After receiving the final
    proposal from the contract supplier complete a
    Purchase Requisition, with your information
    signatures, Enter 1 lot of furniture per the
    quote with the date sales person. Attach the
    quote to the requisition and deliver it to
    Procurement Services 1110 Baker Building.
  • eProcurement Check out the catalog for a limited
    selection of desks, files chairs. If your
    furniture quote is under 25,000 you can place
    your order thru eProcurement. Just enter 1 lot
    of furniture in line 1 and key in the quote
    number along with the proposal date the sales
    person. Fill in the required eProcurement fields
    and release it.
