• Connection speed can be estimated by adding a
  fixes size image to your page (shown as one pixel
  square, so visually invisible).
• Then measuring the time between the start of the

Problems with data

• User agents can be changed on most browsers and
  people using less common ones are more likely to
  make this change.
• If I change the user-agent in Safari, I can
  access the site without the error, although the
  frames overlap slightly.

How to Change User Agent

• If you enter aboutconfig into the address bar of
  Firefox you will have access to the user.js file
• Control-click will allow you to add a new string.
  
• Name the string general.useragent.override.
• Give it a value equal to anything and your
  browser is now suing the new user agent
