2Goal
- To provide state-of-the-art collaboration
technologies and services that allow our
customers to meet with geographically dispersed
colleagues as if they were all in the same room.

- Web-Based Registration
- Scheduled Audio and Data Conferencing
- 144 ports audio, unlimited data
- Ad-Hoc Video (H.323/H.320) Conferencing
- 180 ports H.323
- Gateway for voice ISDN video
- Streaming (Quicktime and REAL).
- Ad-Hoc meeting email scheduler
4Drudge Work
- All video infrastructure is working at the latest
code available - MeetingPlace will be upgraded to latest code
soon. - ESnet home-grown registration pages will be
modified for MeetingPlace

- Developed an Ad-Hoc Scheduler
- Simply an email that gives all the directions how
to connect to a meeting. Used for the Workshop. - Improved statistics gathering code
