  • List of all hazardous, special and environmental
    hazards in the workplace with identifying CAS
    Numbers
  • Must be updated annually by April 1
  • Must be posted in the workplace
  • Cannot complete without MSDSs for products in the
    workplace cross reference to PA HSL

    suppliers, distributors
  • Used to determine if a product is regulated
    (contains substance on PA list) and should be
    listed on the HSSF
