Unit Coordinator Guide
2PURPOSE
- Designed to provide developmental/cross training
assignments that give additional opportunities
for employees to broaden their skills, gain
knowledge, and enhance their personal and
professional growth - This program is a benefit to eligible employees
- Gives opportunities to employees to experience
other OFEO offices - This is not a recruitment process and employees
return to their position of record at the
conclusion of the rotational assignment.
3RESPONSIBILITIES OF UNIT RAP COORDINATORS
- Educate unit workforce regarding program
- Work with supervisors to develop training
opportunities - Assures that descriptions and criteria are clear
- Coordinates submission and completion of all
paperwork - Assists with RAP placement and orientation
- Communicates with and advises all affected
parties as needed - Evaluates program
