• Project Purpose
• We have acquired and are now implementing
  software that will integrate the management,
  planning, and modeling for various financial and
  business applications into a single, cohesive
  system
• The software will make available data query,
  reporting, and consolidations, in both tabular
  and graphic formats through a unified workspace
  that users can personalize and optimize on their
  work stations for their unique needs.

• Project Scope
• BSIRAD in conjunction with ISA Consulting is
  building, testing and implementing the following
  models using the Hyperion software suite
• Financial Plan
• Capital Plan
• Net Tuition Revenue Model
• Financial Statements
• We will
• Distribute the Financial Plan, NTRM and Financial
  Statement segments to school and administrative
  financial officers, permitting them to do their
  own what-if modeling, planning and budgeting
• Develop monthly and quarterly variance reports
  for all financial officers
• Replace BIA as the Universitys budget
  preparation tool

  (dashboards and graphical interface)
