  • Health- Health is not only about not having a
    sickness, injury or illness. Health is a state of
    complete physical, mental and social well-being.
    To be healthy, you must feel good all round.

  • Fitness- Fitness is not only being able to run
    fast, do sit-ups or lift the most amount of
    weights. Fitness is the ability to meet the daily
    demands of your environment. If you are able to
    carry out activities and tasks without getting
    too tired, then you are physically fit.

  • Exercise- physical activity and movement,
    especially when intended to keep a person fit and
    healthyREGULAR EXERCISE IS VERY IMPORTANT!
