Harford County Public School Policy

• All students must wear proper shoes to safely
  participate
• Shoes must have soft rubber soles with NO heels
• Shoes must have a back
• Shoes should not have sharp objects on them
• Students not wearing the proper shoes will not
  actively participate in class

Jewelry policy

• Students may wear post earrings ONLY
• All other jewelry must be removed before entering
  the gymnasium
• Students unable to remove their own jewelry will
  not actively participate in class

Medical notes

• Students who are not allowed to participate in
  Physical Education must bring a note from home or
  from the Doctor
• Students not allowed to participate in Physical
  Education are also restricted from the playground.

Grading

• Students will be graded in Physical Education
• Skills Assessments are given throughout the year
• Written Assessments are given throughout the year
• Attendance and participation are necessary to
  improve skills and overall fitness
