  • Two Year Action Research Issue Investigate and
    design programs and services for a district
    family community education center by
  • Clarifying the need and rationale
  • Identifying and researching issues related to
    purposes, program design, personnel and
    associated costs
  • Generating Options
  • Sharing data and collecting feedback from staff,
    parents and community members

    PreSchool At-Risk
