Corporate Partners - Employer reimburses the full single adult or
family rate to the employee. - Employer reimburses a set dollar amount to
employee. - Employer reimburses zero dollars to employee.
YMCA allows employee to join at reduced 2nd year

Deere Cargill Meat Solutions Employer
reimburses Single Adult rate for each employee
quarterly or monthly provided that employee uses
YMCA 10 times per month. Employee signs up for
membership using YMCA bank draft or pays year in
full. Scan Logs are provided to employers Human
Resources department or payroll department by the
YMCA. Employer then reimburses Single Adult
rate to employee in paycheck quarterly or
monthly. Employee pays difference between family
and single rate should they choose to do so.

1) First year members pay second year member
rate when they initially sign up. 2) Verbal
contract between YMCA and employer 3) Employer
supports YMCA mission and values 4) YMCA can
promote programs and bring flyers into business
to distribute amongst employees as a result of
this partnership. 5) This option offers the
least incentive to employees to join and actually
USE the YMCA to get healthier. Helpful for those
employees that just need a little push or
incentive to get started.

- The Ottumwa YMCA is a UNITED WAY agency.
- We support the YMCA mission of putting Christian
principles into practice through programs that
build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. - Our annual sustaining campaign helps to support
our scholarship program and goal to make Ottumwa
a stronger community for youth and families. - Our Child Development Center and our School Age
Child Care Program (After School, Before School
and Summer Day Camp) are licensed for state
funding.
