• Shows rescheduled exams from May 4-5
• Disregard previous schedules!
• Changes have been made!

• On May 6 - Hard copy full Diploma seniors - pick
  up with Magy

How to read schedule

• Date

• Materials for students - Very important!

• Arrive at front gate (some exams!)
• Exam begins
• Exam ends

5 Exam Locations

• Front page of schedule
• Check for every single paper!!!
• St. Patricks - front gate - across street -
  meet inside front gate at time indicated
• Mezzanine - Upper library
• Admin. CR 2 - small room, 3rd floor new building
  - access from 3rd floor US building (top of
  stairs in Math Dept)
• Admin. CR 3 - big room, 3rd floor new building -
  access from 3rd floor US building (top of stairs
  in Math Dept)
• ECC - meet inside front gate at time indicated
• 2nd floor, through ECC office

Changed locations!

• Due to re-scheduling some locations of exams have
  changed
• Make sure to consult schedule for every single
  paper of every single exam!

Student Security

• Off campus exams - security personnel
• Proctor takes attendance
• End of exam All students walk back to US office
  together
• All students MUST return to US office
• Some students MAY leave w/ green pass
• Students MAY REMAIN on campus to take bus home

Punctuality

• Time front gate arrive 5 mins. early
• Time exam room arrive 5 mins. early
• Time indicated exam BEGINS
• IB Policy - 30 minute tolerance
• Time cannot be made up
• 31 minutes late - no exam
• AP Policy - 10 minute tolerance
• Time cannot be made up
• 11 minutes late - no exam!

ASF Attendance Policy Full Diploma Seniors

• May miss May 6-22
• Diploma students encouraged to attend other
  classes
• Must make up work in non-IB classes

ASF Attendance Policy Everybody Else

• Juniors Certificate students
• May miss day(s) of exams
• Special cases - Mr. Ugalde
• Encouraged to attend other classes
• Must make up work missed

IB Materials

• All exams written in pen!
• Pencil only for graphs
• No white out allowed!
• No cell phones! / Turn them off!
• Good luck charm - OK!
• Water - OK!
• Check student materials section on schedule
• Calculators!!!!! - Ask your teachers whats OK!

AP Materials

• Non-ASF students - photo ID
• 2 leaded pencil for multiple choice
• Blue or black pen for essays
• Water only
• NO Cell phones! Turn off in bag
• Calculators allowed for some exams
• Check schedule
• Ask teacher

IB Transcripts to Universities

• IB results online July 6!
• Individual password - coming later
• For universities - pick up at exam or from Magy
  in office
• 6 universities worldwide for free - BUT
• No more than 3 from Canada and US
• Only 1 university in US
• For UK universities, must go through UCAS
• Return form to Magy by Fri. May 8

AP scores

• Sent to you via snail mail to address on
  registration answer sheet
• Sent to university you put on answer sheet
• Scores also sent to ASF in Aug.

Pre-exam tips IB and AP

• Be familiar with sections, length, instructions
  for each paper on exam
• Attend review sessions! - bulletin
• Review mock exams
• Study little by little dont cram
• Dont stay up late
• Dont rush on exam day(s)
• Leave early
• Eat breakfast
• Dont abuse caffeine
• Power of positive thinking - imagine the 7!!
  (IB) or 5 (AP)
