3Humantech Find It Fix It Challenge
- Please include the following information in your
entries - Job name, improvement name
- Site name, facility name
- Before and after pictures of your improvement
- Description the problem and the solution
- How to insert a picture
- On the menu bar Insert ? Picture ? From File.
- Locate file on your computer.
- Click OK.
Note Photos may need to be resized to fit the
slide. Before and after images must be saved as
jpg files. Images should be high resolution
formatted to at least 300 dpi. Individual file
sizes can not exceed 5MB. Digital images will not
be returned. Please upload your completed entry
template and original photos to your online entry
form. You may access the online entry form at

- Call center employee uses Hungry Head postures
while supporting the phone. Also, employee
cannot type with one hand supporting the
receiver she must write order on notepad, then
enter it into computer, doubling time on task.
- Provided employee with headset to eliminate
Hungry Head posture and related neck fatigue.
Also, reduced time on task by freeing both hands
to allow employee to type order directly into
computer.

- Provided a worktable to package boxes, and stage
boxes in queue. This reduced Butts Up, Twist and
Shout, and Horizontal Distance postures. Reduced
Horizontal Distance resulted in a time savings of
26 minutes per day/183 hours per year!
- Distribution center employee packaged boxes on
the floor, in a Butts Up posture. Also, employee
used Twist and Shout Posture, and Horizontal
Distance to retrieve next boxes in queue.
