Title: REPORT PROPERTY
1REPORT PROPERTY
2Report Property
How is property reported and which method should
I use?
3Batch vs On Line
- Batch
- Hundreds of item records can be batched and sent
as a single file - Excess records must be on a property management
system - Agencies must develop a program to format their
records to conform to GSAXcess layout - Transmitted by FTP
- Processed during the GSAXcess nightly cycle
- On Line
- Generally sent one or a few records at a time
- Each item must be entered on a screen
- On line screens format data to conform to
GSAXcess layout - Transmitted over the internet
- Processed real time
