How does it work? (Patient perspective)

• Patient receives a box
• Contains patient-selected or advisor-selected
  devices.
• Devices are pre-configured.
• Some devices interface with the home computer,
  others with the home WiFi or mobile or cell.
• Minor PC-install program (for devices needing the
  PC connect).

• Patient does
• Go about their normal daily life.
• Occasionally interact with a device (e.g. step on
  a scale).
• Typically never runs any software or any manual
  tasks.
• Can view data in many different life-convenient
  ways.
