DEVELOPMENTAL ADVISING CHECKLIST STAGE ONE
0-15 credits
  • In this Stage students are expected to
    accomplish the following  
  • 1. College Orientation Activities (before
    classes start).
  • 2. Complete Registration Process. Understand and
    Use
  • Processes and Resources.
  •  
  • 3. Identify, Find, and Access Available QCC
    Services, as Needed.
  • 4. Begin CAPS Plan and Complete by the End of
    STAGE ONE.
  • 5. Apply to Degree Program, when ready.
  •  
  • 6. Meet with Transfer Counselor if Planning to
    Transfer.
  •  
  • 7. Meet with Advisor to Review Mid-Semester
    Progress Grades.
  • 8. Meet with Advisor at Mid-Semester to
    Register for
  • Next Semester and Review CAPS
    Plan.
