4 DEVELOPMENTAL ADVISING CHECKLIST STAGE ONE
0-15 credits
- In this Stage students are expected to
accomplish the following - 1. College Orientation Activities (before
classes start). -
- 2. Complete Registration Process. Understand and
Use - Processes and Resources.

- 3. Identify, Find, and Access Available QCC
Services, as Needed. - 4. Begin CAPS Plan and Complete by the End of
STAGE ONE. - 5. Apply to Degree Program, when ready.

- 6. Meet with Transfer Counselor if Planning to
Transfer. -
- 7. Meet with Advisor to Review Mid-Semester
Progress Grades. - 8. Meet with Advisor at Mid-Semester to
Register for - Next Semester and Review CAPS
