Policy Highlights
  • Unlimited Faculty will complete the Faculty IPDP
    and submit to Dean for review and consultation by
    May 1 effective the next academic year.
  • Developmental plan progress (1-3 years in length)
    will be reviewed annually by the Dean and faculty
    member. Progress status or plan completion will
    be documented on the IPDP form. This is to be
    done by April 15 of each succeeding year.

  • Each initial IPDP will require signatures of both
    parties. The original document will be
    maintained by the Academic Dean. Upon plan
    completion, the document will be forwarded to the
    HR Department.

D. Study appropriate to the higher education
environmentI am continuing work on my B.A.
degree from Metro State. I plan to successfully
take five courses to meet the requirements for my
BES degree. This will total approximately 15
credits of the remaining 48 in need to take. I
am not sure of my actual degree attainment date
but think it might be sometime in 2015. These
particular courses are general education
courses. Anticipated completion
timeline___May 2009________ E. Service to
the college and the greater communityI am
planning on volunteering on two college
committees. I am hoping to be appointed to the
AASC next year. I am also planning on joining
the Professional Development Committee. In
addition, I will take over primary responsibility
for our Mental Skills USA Prognosticators club.
This participation should round out my knowledge
of the college as well as improve our chances of
winning the golden progno award.
Anticipated completion timelines_________
F. Other components, as appropriateI plan on
weekends to explore the development of a new
program that our advisory committee says we need.
It is probably going to be called Magic Tech
and it deals with performing magic as a
profession. I will need to do a lot of study in
this topic, volunteer at childrens
organizations, and other such practice venues.
This could tie it in to my current program since
prognostication involves some magic and
visa-versa. Anticipated completion
