natural disaster - The highest total percentage of improvement in
total recordable and lost workday case incident
rates over the three years of continuous
improvement. -

- Display a 3-year track record of continued
improvement over the previous years accident
experience. (Lost Workday and Recordable Case
Incident Rate) - and
- Did not have an occupational fatality during the
award period.

leadership in occupational safety. - CRITERIA
- Annually each business unit can nominate one
candidate for the award. - This information must be in narrative form and
not to exceed two single-spaced, - typed pages.
- Supporting attachments or documentation is
encouraged but only where they - add a meaningful dimension to the
candidates credentials. - Additional information that may be helpful in
determining the winner of the - award include
- Safety improvements in lost workday and
recordable incident rates - Audit scores on the Corporate SMS or
Environmental Audits - Receiving an external EHS award for the site or
individual
