  4,325,938 or 4.97
• Salary increased by 2,352,054 or 3.47

• 3 Bonus for Maxed Out (16 of workforce)
• 64 increase in general pension contribution rate
  (4.07 to 6.67)
• 6.58 increase in fire and police pension
  cont.rate (18.39 to 19.6)
• No increase in medical costs for active employees
• 5.84 increase in retiree medical costs.
