REVIEWING THE ROSTER TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY
The new_sal field reflects a 2 increase. The
pe rating field reflects either Exceeds (E) or
Meets (M) as it has been captured from the
Competency Tracking Application only for those
departments that record data into that
application. Otherwise, Meets (M) is the default
rating for all others.
Review the employee names on the roster for
eligibility and verify that their performance
rating during the period July 2003 - July 2004
was no less than satisfactory/meets
expectations.
The new salary rate and performance evaluation
rating must be changed on employees with a less
than satisfactory performance rating.
Refer to the HPER screen in EDB for the
probationary period end date. The date must be
on or before July 1, 2004 for monthly paid
employees or on or before July 4, 2004 for
biweekly paid employees.
